LXG Godin electric guitar?
Does anyone find this guitar frustrating to get a fat distortion with a warm tone equally well in a clean environment without having to be set separately for each sound so you can make a quick change into a song. I ended up changing to a bridge Sitting standing and did not use the synth side of the instrument. still I had to add an eq pedal that lights up when switched me to clean up the sound. The frustration is in the rapid changes in a song that really has to be on the ball and sometimes miss my signal. like the single coil pickup guitars to much noise introduced although the pills again.
To quiet the noise of a single coil receives a noise gate pedal or rack silence. Individual coils are not naturally fat, If you really want the distortion of fat you can change in a Seymour Duncan mini humbuckers - fit right into the slot only, but it sounds like a humbucker. Is may want to see a pre-amplifier rack and I can set the channels that quickly alter the tone is, "clean distortion" quickly. I Rocktron Voodu valve that I like. Good luck - the search for his guitarist / never completed his perfect pitch, but it sure is a fun trip.
