Good versatile single-coil neck position?
Okay, I'm having trouble finding a suitable replacement in the neck position my departure. He had previously DiMarzio Pro Track which was almost what I was looking for in terms of production. However, it was too chubby and sounded like the controls tone is rolled too much and was not sufficiently articulated. So switching off the Chopper, which is not as good as the Pro Track You tubbiness, it is very dry, and has been much less than the Pro Track. So my question is: What single coil, either stacked or standard, is leaving the track without tubbiness Pro, is hum canceling, racing clear, and versatile? Does this truck, even exist? I play almost everything, apart from the countries. Mainly metal, rock, some blues and fusion, and I am going to wreck big time so that is where I want clarity. Thanks a lot! Thanks guys, I know about stacking trucks; both are stacked Track Pro and the Chopper.
I have the Chopper and is a decent pickup. Try adjusting the EQ your amp for medium and low. Moreover, The Seymour Duncan Little '59 sounds like what you are looking for or YJM, but production of the YJM is very low compared to others. The Little '59 is a great collection around.
