My guess would be to consult with a reputable auction house such as Sotheby's or Christie's. They may be able to give the names of evaluators with experience in valuation of unique objects of recording artists. I'm sure you have dealt with many things like this, it will auction items from Beatles, Eric Clapton, the Rolling Stones, etc.
