What is the difference between a guitar string strings-7 and 6?
I play guitar and has a chain of six years, but for some reason each song, trying to learn to play I can not because the group using a chain of seven years. And it made me think, If Channel 7 is the same as the 6 most simply an additional string .. that's why everyone does not use a string of 7 to play different types of songs?! Please help me and tell me the difference. Because I am fighting with the guitar following which can be a string of 7 this reason.
The only difference is the number of channels, LOL. But the lowest string is normally set to a B if I'm right. The E string would remain the sixth string, etc. You can still play the songs in a chain of six, but. Just tune your E string to B, then the rest of solving accordingly. Is likely to flop around, but you can still play the songs. You will not be the high E string to work, but 7 string players never use clay so no matter. To be honest with you, just stick to 6 strings. I have only seen a handful use a string of seven correctly. The rest just use it to play only the bare metal waste.
