Well, apparently I'm doing a lot of questions about my guitar now ... and here is another. I have a Squier Affinity Series Start (HSS). It has two buttons to control pitch, I guess it's for the individual coils and one is for the humbucker. The problem is that the tone knobs do not do anything, and yesterday the lower tone knob crackled when I became a particular location. I'm pretty sure I could solve this problem I, as I have access to some tools of welding and such. I do not know what to do ... So, how do I fix it? And I heard that remove all strings at once can damage the neck (I have done this before because I did not know, but it appears to be damaged in any way), so I'm going to do about that? Thank you. I'm thinking of doing something crazy ... I would be willing to open up the guitar and soldering some wires together or something. I do not want to pay big money ...

Try cenet guitar. My Guitar poped out and did not know how to fix it. Before you do anything crazy I recommend you consult a perfesional at Guitar Center.
