What is the difference between a Kahler Tremolo and a Floyd Rose Tremolo?

This is going to be my deciding factor in getting either the Jackson WRXT X Warrior Electric Guitar or the B.C. Rich Kerry King V Electric Guitar with Kahler Tremolo. So any advice would be good. Mainly about the Tremolo or how good the guitar stays in tune.

The kahler is built to maintain distortion. They're really kind of the same thing; its just a tension difference.
